Students Council of Universities of North and East Syria:

The Students Council in the universities of North and East Syria consists of all student representatives who have been elected by their colleagues in the faculties and institutes of the university.

The Student Council works within the democratic system of universities in northern and eastern Syria with the aim of protecting the will of students and developing democratic and ecological concepts, women's freedom and the scientific level of education. It aims to develop the mechanism for expressing opinions, suggestions and criticism about the administration and the education and training system at the university. It is also a key objective to protect students' intellectual and academic rights. The Student Council also organizes social, cultural and sports activities.

The Student Council forms committees affiliated to it under the roof of colleges and institutes to organize events and activities, such as the following committees:

1- Social and Cultural Events Committee.

2- Scientific Events Committee.

3- Sports Events Committee.

4- Environmental Protection Committee.

As needed, the Council can organize other committees, all events and activities are carried out in coordination with the University's Activities Center.

Each student in the universities of northern and eastern Syria automatically becomes a member of the university student council where they achieve their membership and representation through their elected spokespersons
